• The first period is paid at checkout through Xsolla's payment form.
• Prices are stated in US dollars. The amount actually charged may differ due to currency conversion and applicable local taxes — it is shown in the payment form before you confirm.
• Taxes are calculated and remitted by Xsolla as the seller. The payment record and receipt are issued by Xsolla.

• By subscribing and ticking the consent box you agree to automatic charges to the payment method used for the first payment.
• The subscription renews automatically for the next period (month or year) until cancelled.
• The charge is made by Xsolla on the plan's schedule, no later than the end date of the current paid period.
• If a charge fails, Xsolla retries it under its own policy and notifies you. If no attempt succeeds, the subscription is not renewed and access ends with the paid period.

• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time — in the "Manage Subscription" section of your profile on the site, or in your Xsolla account.
• Cancellation takes effect immediately: the next charge is not made.
• Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• You may re-subscribe at any time.

• Refunds are handled by Xsolla as the seller. Requests go to its support: help.xsolla.com.
• Access is supplied immediately after payment; where the law grants a withdrawal right for digital content, it ends once supply begins. This does not limit consumer rights where the service is faulty or not as described.
• On a refund the paid access is revoked and unused games from that payment are withdrawn.

• The subscription price may change with at least 30 calendar days' prior notice.
• A change does not affect the current paid period: the new price applies at the next renewal.
• If the new price does not suit you, cancel before the date of the next charge.

Payments and automatic charges are made by Xsolla, which acts as the seller (Merchant of Record) and is the name shown on your payment method statement. Card data is transmitted to and stored on its side; the Developer neither receives nor stores payment credentials.

• After each successful charge you receive an email with an access code for the new period.
• Declines and retry attempts are notified by Xsolla.
