You are entitled to request a full refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of your subscription payment or purchase, subject to the conditions described below.

A refund will be issued provided the following conditions are met simultaneously:

• The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the payment date.
• No more than 15% of the paid games have been used (for subscriptions — no more than 15% of the monthly limit).
• The access code has not been shared with third parties.

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• More than 14 days have passed since the payment date.
• More than 15% of paid games have been used.
• Free access codes (Demo plan).
• Promo codes and codes received through promotions or giveaways.

To request a refund:

1. Send an email to support@partyscope.ai with the subject "Refund Request".
2. Include your access code, the email address used for payment, and the reason for the refund.
3. Your request will be reviewed within 3 (three) business days.

Once the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exact timing depends on the payment processor and issuing bank.

If the conditions for a full refund are not met but there are justified complaints about service quality, we may offer a partial refund or compensation in the form of additional games added to your access code. Each case is reviewed individually.

Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate procedures. Cancelling a subscription stops automatic renewal but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Paid services remain available until the end of the paid period.

This refund policy is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, including the Law on Consumer Protection and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
