RECURRING PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL TERMS
This document describes the procedure for automatic debiting of funds when paying for a subscription to the Service Provider's services on mafia.partyscope.ai under the public offer agreement.
1. Subscription Plans

or €30 / year (15% discount)

2. Payment Procedure
- Payment for the first subscription period is made by the Customer at the time of checkout on the website.
- Payment is made by bank card through the payment operator Robokassa.
- Prices are stated in Russian rubles. The Service Provider applies a special tax regime and does not charge VAT.
3. Automatic Renewal and Charges
- By subscribing and checking the consent checkbox for recurring charges, the Customer consents to automatic debiting of funds from the bank card used for the initial payment.
- The subscription is automatically renewed for the next billing period (month or year depending on the selected plan) until cancelled by the Customer.
- The renewal charge is made no later than the expiration date of the current paid period.
- The amount of each automatic charge corresponds to the cost of the selected plan at the time of the charge.
- If a charge fails (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), the subscription is not renewed and access ceases at the end of the paid period.
4. Subscription Cancellation
- The Customer may cancel automatic subscription renewal at any time through the "Manage Subscription" section in their profile on the website.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately: the next automatic charge will not be processed.
- After cancellation, access to subscription services is maintained until the end of the current paid period.
- Re-subscribing is possible at any time through the "Subscriptions" section on the website.
5. Refunds
- Refunds for the current paid period are not provided, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- In case of early termination by the Customer, a refund may be issued less the cost of services actually rendered (proportional to the period used).
- To obtain a refund, the Customer sends a request to the email address specified in the "Service Provider Details" section of the public offer.
- The refund request review period is up to 10 business days.
6. Price Changes
- The Service Provider may change the subscription price by notifying the Customer at least 30 calendar days before the changes take effect.
- Notification is sent to the Customer's email address and/or published on the website.
- Price changes do not affect the current paid period: the new price applies upon the next renewal.
- If the Customer disagrees with the new price, they may cancel the subscription before the date of the next charge.
7. Payment Operator
Payments and automatic charges are processed through the payment operator Robokassa in accordance with the payment system's rules. The Customer's bank card data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored on the payment operator's side. The Service Provider does not receive or store bank card details.
8. Notifications
- After each successful charge, the Customer receives an email notification with an access code for the new period.
- In case of a failed charge, the Customer receives a notification to update their payment details.
