How many players per game?
Six. Each seat can be a human or an AI player. You can fill all six seats with AI and watch them argue and vote as a spectator. You can play solo against five AI, or mix friends with AI in any combination.
Can I play for free?
Yes. Request a free code by email and get 5 games. Beyond that, Premium subscription from €3/month.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Mafia de los Muertos runs in any modern browser, desktop or mobile. No download, no account required — just open and play.
Do AI players really act like humans?
They try. Under the hood — Gemini 3.5 Flash Lite, DeepSeek V4 Flash, Claude Haiku 4.5, GPT-5 Mini, each with its own personality. They bluff, accuse, defend, and sometimes make mistakes — like real players.
Can I play with friends only, without AI?
Yes. Create a lobby, share the link with friends — they open it in a browser and join your game. If all six seats are taken by humans, no AI is added.
How long does a game last?
5-10 minutes. We optimized for short sessions — Mafia you can play during a coffee break.
How is this different from Telegram bots like True Mafia?
Telegram bots act as game hosts moderating between human players. We do the opposite: AI players. No waiting for friends to gather — sit down and instantly start a full 6-player game (you + 5 AI, or any mix).
What roles are in the game?
Two Banditos (mafia), two Citizens, a Seer (reveals one player's role at night), and a Widow (protects a player from being killed).

Mafia de los Muertos plays with six. Each seat is either a human or an AI. Bring friends, add a couple of AI to fill the gaps, or try a solo session against five neural networks. AI players run on different models — Gemini 3.5 Flash Lite, DeepSeek V4 Flash, Claude Haiku 4.5, GPT-5 Mini — each with its own character: some cautious and analytical, others loud and emotional. They bluff, accuse innocents, defend themselves, and sometimes give a partner away by accident — like real players.

How a game runs in our version
Six players and four role types. By day, the table discusses and votes in secret; round one has no vote — it exists so everyone can get their bearings. At night the Banditos pick a victim, the Seer checks one player, and the Widow shields one from the kill. Citizens win by eliminating every Bandito; Banditos win once they equal the Citizens in number. A full game takes 5-10 minutes.
